Petition Right to Appeal DVSA Examiners Decision on Driving Tests/ADI Part2/3 Check Tests

Currently if a driving test candidate challenges a questionable decision made by a DVSA Examiner on a driving test, Approved Driving Instructor ADI Part2/3 & Standards Check Test the DVSA won’t reverse the decision, if you are successful they will only allow a retest under the Road Traffic Act 1988

More details

Call for reform of Road Traffic Act 1988, Section 133 & a new law to appeal for questionable decisions made by Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency Examiners on all driving tests, to be reversed. The Right to Appeal is an integral part of the UK constitution, human rights derived from common law, statutes such as the Magna Carta & Bill of Rights 1689. Our Courts/Tribunals in determining outcomes of appeals to correct errors, failure, & unresolved complaints must have the power to reverse decisions
