When workers in University's are having their wages effectively cut by wage freezes and derisory wage offers.
The elite management of the Russell group have been awarding them self much bigger wage increases. On average 3.7 percent . And some having contributions made to there pensions of over £50000. The principals of these organisation should only have an increase in line with the rest of the university network agreed at national level.
