Motor vehicle insurance is commonly seen as one of our nation's worst rip-offs. This petition calls upon the Government to introduce laws banning insurance companies from discriminating against drivers based upon their age, gender, profession or any other such factors and charge everyone equally for the privilege of driving. It calls upon the Government to introduce a reasonable maximum price cap on annual insurance premiums and to police it rigorously.
