Rejected petition Stop the sale of fireworks to the general public.

Every year the din of fireworks goes on for months, at all times of the day and night, despite current legislation. This causes distress to many people and animals. It is time the sale of explosives to be restricted to licenced organisations only, and that noisy fireworks should be outlawed totally.
