In this year of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee, households with an income less than £10000 pa but that have debts upto £20000 should have these debts cancelled and be given a fresh start.

All creditors -whose turnover is £1,000,000 or more - will have to cancel these debts unless they show that cancelling such a debt would be detrimental to their business.

All household would have to produce a detailed account of both income and expenditure as well as debts. These debts must have occurred before a specific date to be determinef by Parliament.
