Everyone else in the commmonwealth gets their day to express their national pride, so surely the creators of said commonwealth should be able to freely express their pride. Make it the most British of British days and make it either St Georges, Andrews or Davids day.
Make it so that every year on the date the country stops and aknowledges its pride.
