Rejected petition The Withdrawal Agreement Bill (WAB) to be published to all voters and then vote

The general public should be given the opportunity to read and understand the WAB, as the general public decided to vote to leave before knowing the actual WAB. This will give the public the opportunity to agree the WAB or refuse it.
