Recent events have shown that Parliament has not been acting in accordance with citizens views
Parliament should be dissolved & replaced with electronic "Direct Citizen Voting" ie. "one citizen-one vote" made online
Citizens vote to elect each Gov Cabinet post individually as the "UK Executive"

"Modern democracy for a modern society"...
Cabinet candidates would campaign & be elected on a policy manifesto (as MPs are now).
Cabinet posts would be appointed for a period of 5 years.
Cabinet would implement those policies & where required, would ask citizens to vote on necessary supporting legislation ie. laws & bills
Citizen Voting would be on a "simple majority" basis
Cost savings from not employing 650+ MPs (and their expenses) should fund the electronic "Direct Citizen Voting" system
