We call upon the Government to urgently review and reform the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency and how uses its powers & regulations. The driving test complaints system requires a complete overhaul as currently it is not fit for purpose and there is no accountability.

DVSA delay in responding to complaints. Some examiners are not trained to understand disabilities/discrimination. Candidates require an honest, fair system & accountability.
