Rejected petition To make the 5th of September Offical Freddie Mercury Day
More details
Lately, it has come to my attention the amount of homophobia that has struck the nation in a less than tolerant way.
I would like to use the offical Freddie Mercury day as a stand for the achievements for one of the greatest British musicans of our time, who was ,undeniably, one of the most skilled musicans of our time, and also homosexual.
I would like to promote an awarness that ,regardless of sexual orientation, a person can be exceptional and that the orientation of a person should not affect how they are percived.
This will be achieved by making the 5th of September (his birthday) the offical Freddie Mercury Day and on that day promoting tolerance and understanding for all people.
