Closed Compulsory safety checks for aesthetic laser clinics

We want aesthetic laser and ipl clinics offering non surgical treatments such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation to be checked for safety.

This petition is to raise the priority of laser safety and ensure that clients are not going to be abused by cowboy clinics.

There is legislation available in London (London Local Authorities Act) to enforce checks through licensing and provide a model which can be used throughout the country. However, London laser clinics are still not being checked.
