Phone providers should be able to trace and provide you with the number calling you and if necessary take legal action for the harassment, rather than telling their customers to change their number or put up with the calls.

The police say they have no control over the situation and to contact the provider, the provider say they haven't got the technology to trace the call.

Therefore, I would like to create a petition to stop this from carrying on, If you constantly receive prank calls, you are the victim, so why should you be in the situation where you have to change your number rather than the person on the other end being identified.
