To seek the death penalty for aggravated murder and / or the manufacturing, possession or transportation of large quantities of Class A drugs.

That the person is found guilty by all 12 jurors and that a second trial determines sentencing, including the death penalty or life imprisonment without release. For the death penalty, a minimum time period of five years must pass to allow for new evidence and re-trial.
