Rejected petition Fair Competition For Bus Use

For far too long the fair folk of Aberdeen have had to endure extortionate bus ticket price hikes that are becoming more and more of a struggle to the lowly paid & regular users alike to find, with no other bus company to challenge the only transport provider it feels like the views of many members of the public are not being taken into account, I would like to see the following changes be made:

1) A fair & proper investigation into the Transport Competition Rules regarding bus travel with other Public Transport Companies &

2) A reduction in the cost of the fares from it's current rise to 8.5% down to an acceptable cost effective level for the transport user.
