Calling on the relevant department to review the rail operating franchise of First Capital Connect. Passengers travelling on the routes into London from Welwyn Garden City, Bedford and Hertford North have had to suffer late cancellations, delays and inadequate rolling stock.
We have had enough and feel that this company are not fit to run a train service.
