Waste of time, should be scrapped!
Director of learning & outcomes only looks into their assessors decision.
The assessor has no medical or pharmacology background just deemed fit to do the job (They have no comprehension of severe side effects & tapering of medication. The advisers should come from both a pharmacology & medical backgrounds (but don't) - when making any decision (Medical should be no less than Consultant trained within a specific area of medicine) not a nurse!
They should be greater time lines for complaints when
something is found out. (MRHA should also have a bearing)
Unless it's physical & can be seen the Ombudsman wriggles out of it.
