Rejected petition bring back the nit nurse in schools

the state of the headlice problem in schools is disgusting and nothing is done about it.letters are sent home by the heads but this doesnt force the parents to address the issue.
the nit nurse should be allowed back in schools and the problem children sent home until the parents hav cleared the problem.
