Closed Reverse the decision by KCC to register births and deaths in libraries

KCC has recently decided that births and deaths should now be registered in libraries and Gateways instead of registry offices.If youve just lost a loved one its often a very distressing time. The last thing you want is to stand in line with people who want to take out a book, complain about missing benefit payments, etc etc. Its Barbaric. People who are in mourning should be entitled to some privacy and respect.
