All those who have graduated are likely to earn higher levels of pay than those who have not.In order to pay for higher education there should be a Graduate Tax,payable by all who have graduated in the past.The level of the tax to be set to cover only the costs of higher education.Such a tax would remove the fees "mill stone" we are attaching to our new Higher Education Students.Such a tax would be fair in that all who are Graduates would pay not just those starting out now.
