Closed Residents Right to park outside own house

A resident should have the right to park 1 vehicle outside of their own home. The right to park should be granted upon application and payment of a small 1 off fee to identify that the area outside of the house as reserved to the ocuppier only.The right would be granted after a safety assesment was completed.
For future developments all new home developments should have a minumum of 2 offroad parking placesallocated to ensure future reductions in neighbourly conflict
