THE COST OF CAR INSURANCE IS REDICULOUSE, PUNISH THE GUILTY WITH HIGH PREMIUMS NOT THE LAW ABIDINGE INNOCENT DRIVERS, WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR THEIR IGNORACE OR STUPIDITY. TEENAGERS ARE TAKING STUPID RISKS BECAUSE THEY CANNOT AFFORD £3000-£5000 PREMIUMS FOR £700 CARS, JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE IN A HIGH RISK GROUP IT DOES NOT MAKE EVERYONE A HIGH RISK DRIVER.
