I have a company car, my wife and myself also have a car each which we use for private driving.

It cant be fair that i am penalised for having a company car - used for work only having a large deduction from my tax free allowances.

I have previously asked the taxman where i can park the company car evenings and weekends but of course got a negative response.

If i can prove we have our own cars, that of course we pay road tax for, my company car should not cost me a penny.
