We, the undersigned do hereby direct the government to vote against Stephen Hester receiving a £1m bonus as CEO of RBS.

We as tax payers and subsequently share holders of RBS do hereby state that we do not support this bonus and do not feel that it is appropriate for the government to approve it on our behalf.
