Petition Limit speed on country lanes !!!

On country lanes which are genrelly at the national speed limit of 60 MPH it is very dangerous! For horse riders and pedestrians it makes it unsafe to go for a 'stroll' down the road or for a horse rider to access their local bridle path. The speed should be capped to 20-30 MPH to make the roads safer and prevent injury where it is unecerssary.
