What I propose is that Local Authorities, Almo’s and Government funded organisations are penalised from the practice of ignoring the skills of local people and employing outside the community.I propose a 15 mile radius travel limit by home or business address to anyone employed or contracted/sub contracted to a local authority or government funded organisation.This includes agency workers where this abuse occurs the most.
