Currently when motorists purchase fuel, the receipts are broken down into VAT amount and a combined sale and fuel duty price.

Those signing the petition request that receipts for fuel are required to be broken into 3 separate categories, the fuel price, the amount of fuel duty (tax) paid and the amount of VAT.
