MPs should be forced to publish their performance information (no of attendances at the Commons, voting record, speeches made, activity and achievements on behalf of constituents etc), then rated for their effectiveness as MPs by constituents. They should then be paid on a sliding scale according to their performance, between zero and £100,000.
