Petition CRB review all non-convictions after 10 years

More details

People should be allowed to request that their non-convictions should be reviewed and considered for removal after the ten year point.
By non-convictions I mean cautions and conditional discharges.
This would help prevent employers from discriminating against someone who might of committed a minor offence from over 20 years ago, like stealing a tin of beans when they were 18 etc.
