We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to ban anyone who is found guilty of having caused death by dangerous or careless driving permanently from obtaining a license to operate a motor vehicle of any
kind.

Those found guilty of causing death by dangerous or careless driving should have their driving license/s permanently revoked with no form of appeal.

Those found driving any form of motor vehicle once issued with this penalty should face a minimum 10 year jail-term and be fined 12 months after their release from prison.

This zero tolerance approach is what we need to make Britain's roads a safer place.
