Closed Consessionary travel changes

The basic outline of the petition is to change the Act of Parliament as to Consessionary Travel for those over 60+ and with disabled passes.
With bus travel services being cut back , that the act be changed to read that each county council can ask bus pass holders a minimum of £1 towards the cost of travel on a bus journey.
Also those councils which offer additional perks such as free rail travel within its domain be reveiwed as to save costs.
These ideas must be approved between councils within England, Scotland and Wales,and bus operators.
