Closed Romanians' and Bulgarians' right to work

Romanian and Bulgarian citizens established in UK should have the right to work not limited by the UK regulations.

Even if a Romanian or a Bulgarian can prove the required documents that would make them qualified to work 8 hours/day, it would take HomeOffice at list 5 months to process the papers.

This should be solved by allowing Romanians or Bulgarians to perform as EEU citizens or to process the papers within at list 7 days and not 5 months.
