Closed Increase Punishment on Fatality Dangerous Drivers

Drivers that cause death or serious injury should be treated the same way a person walking on the streets causing the same kind of damage should be treated.

I think this because of recent events; someone can just kill a Motorcyclist with only a 100 hours of community service. Plus a year long ban of driving and a fine.

In the end a killing is killing and GBH/ABH is GBH/ABH. I think it should be treated the same, unless it is cause via self defence of course.

And I don't think defensive driving is ever that extreme.

Hurting/killing someone by car/bike is still hurting/killing it is just using the vehicle as the weapon of choice.
