These incompetents do nothing for the ordinary person, it's just another quango that cost the tax payer millions a year for no benefit, if you have a complaint, say about car insurance, the FSA will only be able to help you by referring you to the car insurers web site / comp[laints procedure, which you can do yourself anyway, They will not contact anyone on your behalf to voice your complaint.
