Petition Parental Responsibility should be changed

If you are unmarried and separate from the child’s mother and you do not have parental responsibility, then you do not have a legal say in the child’s upbringing.
You do have parental responsibility if:
You are the father of a child born after 1 December 2003 and your name is on the birth certificate.
You do not have parental responsibility if:
You are the father of a child born before 1 December 2003 and are not married to the child’s mother.
You are the unmarried father of a child born after 1 December 2003 and you are not named on the child’s birth certificate.
if you have access to your child reguler and the fathers name is on the birth certificate you should have a say. If you are unmarried and separate from the child’s mother you should have parental responsibility, then you should have a legal say in the child’s upbringing.it is unfair when fathers do not get the same rights its about time it was changed and these rules changed
