The government must publish the risk register regarding the Health and Social Care Bill, as ordered to by the Information Commissioner. The Bill is due to go into Report Stage in the House of Lords shortly, and all peers should be fully informed as to the potential impact of the reforms proposed by the Health and Social Care Bill.
