The squatting law should be changed from civil to criminal so that those who squat in homes without the owners (or their representatives) written permission should be evicted and detained immediately.(Owner as defined by land registry)

Those who put more than 2 temporary dwellings on land for longer than a period of 3 months, will have them re-located by local authority & police .Failure to comply to be criminal offence. Land to be returned to original state and cost to be paid by occupants or sale of their goods.

Property left empty and not for sale for longer than 3 months, unless under probate,or legal domestic dispute should become property of the council housing list.
