Dismiss without notice and renumeration any member of parliment that has demonstrated an inability to perform the role they are assigned,and any member of parliment or the lords whom has been found to be benefiting financialy or in kind by use of thier position.In addition any member of parliment or the house of lords who deliberately conceals or distorts information,to be charged with fraud.
