I am writing this petition in response to Blackpool Council declining to re new my blue badge under the new government guidelines. Unfortunately, my situation does not fall under any of these criteria as I have only one arm ! It should be noted that the petition is being launched to change the system and criteria currently used by the Department of Transport to be more focused individual needs opposed to a specific critera.
