It should be made law that ALL employers Private or not, pay staff who work unsociable hours a higher hourly rate or a compulsory shift allowance both that are set by the Government and become part of the national minimum wage law.
An agreed and acknowledged time start and finish for unsociable hours should be made by Government in order to enforce the above request.
