..as an ongoing sufferer (6 years+) of ASB and have been down all the 'normal' routes of complaint (up to Ombusman) with no positive effect. The public need to know that action WILL BE TAKEN in all cases in order to resolve the problem. Not brushed aside and passed on to other departments that ends up going round in circles...
