Petition Opt-Out -OR- Indemnity of your Personal Data use overseas.

Propose legislation to compel all those who store personal and financial information on members of the British Public, and allow it to be used outside the specific jurisdiction of English Law, to Indemnify those members of the Public, or offer an Opt-Out. Also to prominently offer an up-front Opt-Out (without penalty of any kind) for any person to decline use of their personal and/or financial details by any other(s) outside the specific jurisdiction of English Law. Currently companies offering services do not offer an Opt-Out -OR- an Indemnity for members of the Public, whereby it is possible to request either an Opt-Out -OR- Indemnity against any misuse whatsoever of said personal/financial information. Countries specifically outside the jurisdiction of English Law is any country not part of the United Kingdom/British Isles.
