In the vast majority of cases where a motorcycle is involved in an accident the driver of the other vehicle is at fault. The same excuse is also used by the drivers. Sorry I didn't see him.
Should this be the case, a driver using this excuse should have his licence suspended until an eye test has taken place to prove he/she is fit to drive. If failed a bann should be enforced if passed, A charged of driving without due care and attention should be the minimum given to the driver.
