We call on the Government to change the Low Emission Zone prohibition and change its policy to allow privately owned vans and camper vans to travel freely within the M25. The impact privately owned van and campers has is negligible compared to other vehicles such as diesel taxis which are not subject to any penalties. This policy is ill thought and penalises families on lower incomes.
