I wish for a total ban on this so called "health lottery"
The profits of which only go to line one mans pockets (Richard Desmond owner of Express news papers & Channel 5) & serve to reduce the overall money given to charity.
Desmond gives the bare minimum to "health related" charities of his choosing

Critics have complained that the lottery donates the bare minimum – 20.3p in every £1 – to good causes, and that its unconventional structure is potentially in breach of the Gambling Act 2005
