A proposal to limit the size or power of the car or engine an under 25 year old in-experienced driver is allowed to drive on our roads. This would reduce the amount of fatal and non-fatal accidents on our roads and bring insurance premiums to a more manageable level for everyone. Motorbikes have long had a limit of this kind, why not have the same system for cars?
