Basic nursing care is vital to the health of each generation. There is little provision for this,
Individuals need to be aware of how to maintain health via simple methods of care.
For example sitting upright in bed in regard to chest infections.
Basic methods of care and First Aid might also save money for the NHS, while encouraging to save lives.
