TO stop the binge drinking and violence disease of this country,people should be charged financialy for medical care,when scraped up off the streets,drunk out of there tiny minds, or for the medical treatment of someone who is a victim of an attack,by that person or persons.
the charges should be very hard,and cover the whole costs,the call out of the emergency services etc,compensation,and legal costs,and if they cant pay,then there possesions should be embargoed.why should the tax payer foot the bill.binge drinking is self inflicted, make the culprit pay for there own actions
