Rejected petition No to 20mph zones in Lancashire

Lancashire County Council is creating 20mph zones, on main road through-out the area. This is with huge public opposition for the speed restrictions.

The purpose is to prevent serious injury to children.

The money could be better spent on educating children on how to use a road properly, rather than slowing the county down and cost people and business money.
