Rupert Murdoch has announced he will launch a new newspaper, The Sun On Sunday.

In light of ongoing police investigations into criminal activity at The Sun, The Times and News Of The World, and the recent arrests of senior editorial staff, it would be inappropriate for Rupert Murdoch to launch a new title, either now or in the future.

The government should call a moratorium on any expansion of News Corps' (or subsidiaries') media interests in the UK, including, but not limited to, any proposed Sun On Sunday.
