The right to vote should not just be determined by age but also the level of engagement in society for example why should a person who never works be allowed to determine the direction of the country.I propose that the right to vote should be determined by employment history as well as age, this will allow the growth of our economy as well as helping to destroy the welfare state which has crippled our economy and also reduce negative immigration . I wish the government to restrict the right to vote to people who have not worked for a period of more than 4 years after 18 years of age in a full or part time position.
